Mamaya Beach Club products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Production and shipping times depend on the product, destination, and carrier availability.
Order processing
Because each item is produced after the order is placed, please allow time for production before the package ships. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include production and transit estimates where available.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are based on Printful's product and destination rates and are shown at checkout before payment. Rates can vary by product type, order size, and delivery destination.
Delivery areas
We currently ship to the countries and regions enabled at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships.
Customs, taxes, and duties
Orders shipped outside the country of fulfillment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail or the package may be returned. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and shipping details. Claims for packages lost in transit must be reported promptly so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider and carrier.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where the issue is confirmed.
